HHOW TO LEECH SOFT CLAY ...

This brief tutorial shows you how you can firm up clay which is too soft to work with.
Polymer Clay contains plasticizers which make the clay soft. Leeching is a method used to basically draw the plasticizers (oils) out of the clay leaving the clay much firmer and easier to work with. This process can be repeated up to three times on the same batch of clay until the desired level of firmness is reached. It is not advisable to leech the clay more than three times as you will end up with dry, unmanagable clay.
